    Different Ways Of Controlling High Blood Pressure

    Blood is the carrier of oxygen from our lungs to dissimilar tissues in the body. An general adult has approximately five liters of blood circulating to several parts of the body via a snarled up system of arteries, veins and capillaries.     - Irregular heartbeat
    - Blood in the urine

    1. In controlling high blood pressure, it's important that you always monitor your blood pressure.
    2. Proper diet and exercise are great ways of controlling high blood pressure. Obese people are more susceptible to hypertension and losing weight can aid greatly in addition to consuming fruits and vegetables.
    3. Smoking can also cause hypertension. If you smoke, lowering the number of cigarettes that you smoke per day will effectively lower your blood pressure but the best thing to do is quit smoking. It will not only benefit your heart but the rest of your body.
    4. Too much alcohol consumption can increase blood pressure. It is advisable to drink moderately.
